My name is George Kraft, and I spoke with you briefly this morning, April
28, 2010. I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how
professionally your roofing crew worked yesterday. It was a very pleasant
surprise to see your people working on my neighbors house across the street
from mine. They started early in the morning and to the best of my knowledge
not one man was ever not being productive, they were still working after
dark last night finishing up. This would be around 8:30 pm, trying to wrap
up ahead of the rain that had just started to fall. I honestly expected to
go out this morning and see the peak cap all screwed up, since they were
working in the dark. To my surprise it looked perfect from what I could
tell.

I watched as they did repair work and made some changes to the roof. This
work was done exceptionally well. The reroof of the house looks beautiful.
Just to make this clear, I have no interest in your company or any of the
people who work there. I only wanted to tell you how great they did. As a
footnote you can't even tell that they were there, the cleanup was that
good. I'm still picking up roofing nails eight years after my house was
done.

Please share this with your crew, everybody can use a pat on the back
occasionally for a Great Job!!

We called you around May 1, 2010 when we noticed the roof was leaking into our family room.

You scheduled a really quick appointment and arrived as agreed to see what was needed.  You checked out our problem and gave us a thorough no nonsense explanation of what would be involved in repairing the leak, including the wood damage (under the shingles) that we could not see.

You are a man of your word, your crew arrived as scheduled, replaced the damaged wood and shingles, put everything back together and cleaned up after themselves including removing all of the damaged wood and nails.  They also showed us the wood damage and explained what they were doing as the job progressed.  They were very professional and polite.

During the month of June, 2010, we had several severe thunderstorms involving torrential rain and high wind.  Through all this our roof did not leak.

In summary, your price was fair, the workmanship was excellent and you saved us a few thousand dollars in interior repairs by your timely response.
